If your question is one of these, only the vendor can help
We cannot act on any of the following, and emailing us about them will only delay you. The vendor can answer each one directly.
| Your question | Who can actually help |
|---|---|
| How do I cancel or downgrade? | The vendor — in your account settings, or via their support |
| Why was I charged this amount? | The vendor’s billing team |
| Can I get a refund? | The vendor. Refunds are entirely their decision and we have no influence over them |
| I can’t log in / forgot my password | The vendor’s login help |
| The product doesn’t do what I expected | The vendor’s support team |
| I need to add or remove users | The vendor — it affects your subscription with them, not this site |
| I want to complain about the product | The vendor. We are not a complaints channel and cannot escalate anything |
What we do want to hear about
There are exactly four things we can act on, and we are genuinely glad to receive them:
- A price, plan or limit on this site is wrong, or has changed. Send the page URL and what you saw. We will check it against the vendor’s own page, fix it, and update the verification date on the page.
- A link is broken, or goes somewhere unexpected. Especially if an affiliate link lands on something other than the product described.
- A privacy question, or a request about your own data. See our privacy policy for what we hold (very little).
- A vendor — or someone acting for one — needs to reach us about our content. Factual corrections and documentation of features we have got wrong are always welcome.
This is a small operation. We read everything and aim to reply within a few working days, but we cannot provide product support of any kind — not as a favour, and not for a fee. We are not an implementation partner for any product we cover.
Vendors and PR
We are happy to look at products, but we do not accept payment for coverage, for a ranking or for a favourable score, and we do not publish sponsored reviews. If that is what you are looking for, we are not the right outlet.
Corrections, factual documentation and evidence that we have got something wrong are welcome and will be acted on. A request to remove criticism is not a correction, and we will say no.
