About GetYourLLM

What this site is for

Most small businesses choosing an AI customer service platform are not choosing between equivalent products. They are being sold to by vendors whose comparison pages all conclude that the vendor wins. GetYourLLM exists to answer one question properly: given what you actually run, which of these platforms fits, and what will it really cost?

How we research this

GetYourLLM publishes under a brand byline rather than a personal one. That is a deliberate choice, and it means the trust has to come from method instead of from a name you can look up. So here is precisely what we do — and precisely what we do not.

What we do

  1. We go to primary sources. Every price, limit and feature on this site is read from the vendor’s own pricing page, product documentation, FAQ or terms — not from a reseller summary, an affiliate network listing or another review site. Where a figure is only available from a third party, we say so in the text.
  2. We read past the headline price. Metered AI resolutions, per-sub-account fees, seat minimums, add-on costs and what actually counts as a billable unit are where budgets break. We document all of them, including the ones a vendor buries.
  3. We run the arithmetic. Most of the useful conclusions here come from multiplying rather than from opinion: cost per client at 25 clients, the real cost of one AI-resolved conversation, and the ticket volume at which a platform fee breaks even.
  4. We read the partner terms. Commission caps, country restrictions, brand-bidding prohibitions and payout conditions say a great deal about how a vendor treats the people who sell for it — and by extension, its customers.
  5. We date everything, and we correct it. Every price carries the date we verified it; anything older than six months should be treated as unverified. When we get something wrong we fix it, change the date and say what changed.

What we are, and what we are not

We are a research-based review site, not a testing lab. Every review here is built from primary sources — vendors’ own pricing pages, documentation, FAQs and partner terms — read directly, dated, and turned into arithmetic you can check yourself. We do not run trial accounts, and we therefore make no claims about interface quality, setup friction, support responsiveness, or how an AI agent handles a real customer question.

We are explicit about that because most sites in this category are not. You have almost certainly read a review that described “hands-on testing” written by someone who never opened an account. We would rather tell you exactly where our knowledge stops so you can weigh what we say accordingly — a source that is candid about its limits is more useful than one that is confidently vague.

What this means for how you use the site. Read us before you take a trial, not instead of one. Our job is to tell you what the plans really cost, which limits will bite, and what to look for once you are inside — the parts that are buried, mislabelled or simply absent from a vendor’s marketing. Then run the trial and see for yourself. If what you find contradicts what we published, tell us: we will correct the page and change its date. A correction is worth more to us than the original claim.

What we are not

How we make money, and the limits of it

GetYourLLM is reader-supported through affiliate commissions: when a reader subscribes to a platform through one of our links, that vendor pays us. You pay the same price either way.

We keep this from distorting our advice in three specific ways:

Corrections

Prices and feature sets in this category change constantly, and we would rather be corrected than quietly wrong. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it and note the change.
